How It Works?
We take pride in partnering with top fabric mills sourced from every corner of the globe, ensuring that only the finest materials grace our workstations. Combined with the exceptional skills of our master tailors, we proudly guarantee that each suit we create is truly one-of-a-kind, tailored to perfection for you and you alone.
Suiting / Jacket Consultation
In this appointment we go over occasion, bundles and pricing.
We also discuss other terms and conditions that we have to acknowledge before moving forward.
Measurements / Design
The fitting is where the magic happens, we take more than 30 measurements to get as precise as possible for the best fit. In this session we also go over customizations and fabric selection (this is the fun part). From super wide lapels to personalized linings we make sure this suit is 1/1.
The Basted Fitting
A basted fitting is when you try on your custom suit jacket/pants that has been temporarily stitched together with white basting thread.
A basted fitting is a rough draft of your suit, we analyze your suit and fix any fit
issues.
Final Fitting
you will receive the final product within 4-6 weeks (start to finish, includes the basted fitting). Thereafter, if the garments need more tailoring we will get that smoothed out, we have a fit guarantee for a year.

Hi my name is Ivan Martinez, Founder, CEO of By Mr Martinez Custom Clothing.
Since I was young I always dressed well, being a kid of Mexican immigrants, my parents made sure that we looked presentable. That stayed in my head throughout all of my life and evolved throughout the years to finding classic menswear, more specifically, suits. I loved suits, the way that they made me feel and appear.
In college I was that guy I wore suits to class, and just always dressed up. At this time Instagram had just started and I saw that others would post their #ootd pictures. I had some back and forth with myself about getting myself out there and posting my own pictures.
